Senior Year has so far prepared me to meet deadlines that in the future can be very crucial for my own education. I have learned to stay more organized throughout my first semester as senior. But most of all I am working ahead of my classes to be done with them on time and not have to procrastinate at the end of my second semester. I have also taken the advantage to have a job and save money for my future in college because once in college money will also be another factor that contributes to my success.
Deadline are the most important factor for my education without them I might not even graduate. If I don’t start practicing now for my deadlines in college the effects of it might be being kicked out of the school or failing the class I take. High school has so far prepared me by assigning dated for projects or essays to be turned in, therefore like in college they will fail me for that subject in class or they will not give me my grade if I don’t complete the assignment prior to the assigned date of entry.
Staying organized in high school can have it’s advantages, without being organized important documents can be either lost or ruined. I have prepared myself by having a binder with dividers for each class, I have also set up a series of notebooks specially assigned to each class. I have my own personal calendar in which I write important dates and activities that are happening at school.
Staying on track is another step I am completing, I have started working on assignments for my second semester to stay on track and not procrastinate coming to end on my second semester. I have tried my best to stay up to date and not fail my work assignments due to the possibility of not receiving my grade. Another step of me preparing myself is having a job. Like everyone knows, college is money wasted. I have started working to save up some money for college use purpose. I may receive Financial Aid, but knowing that you have a little bit of money extra is one of the greatest satisfactions. I can start saving up money for books, housing, and paying my tuition. With this job now i cant fall behind I need to follow my procedures to stay on pace and not fall behind because it can affect my graduation status at the university or any college.
In conclusion, I have already started getting ready by staying on pace in all my classes and not procrastinate. I have learned to stay on pace and to be more organized with my school supplies. I have also started thinking of the future by having a job to help me pay for my books, housing and tuition fees of my university or college I would like to attend. If i follow the procedures I have set up for myself I know I will be successful in college.
